These terms apply when you use The Pleasure Practice website, contact forms, course pages, checkout links, and digital course materials.

Educational content

The Pleasure Practice provides educational and reflective materials for adults. The courses are not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or emergency support.

Purchases and access

Prices are shown in GBP. After payment, access is provided digitally after Stripe confirms payment, using secure browser access and, where available, the email address supplied at checkout. You are responsible for entering accurate contact details and keeping access links private.

Cancellation and digital delivery

Before paying, you will be asked to request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. This does not affect statutory rights where digital content is faulty, not as described, or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. Contact us promptly if access fails or you believe a refund is due.

Personal use

Course materials are for your personal use. Do not copy, resell, publish, or redistribute course content without written permission.

Respect and safety

Use the material at your own pace and within your own boundaries. Stop any practice that feels unsafe and seek qualified professional support where needed.
