The Pleasure Practice was created by a psychology-trained wellbeing practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Counselling, GMBPsS credentials, and extensive additional training in trauma-informed practice, attachment and intimacy, boundaries and consent, and the psychology of sexuality.

Each course blends evidence-informed psychology with gentle, body-aware tools to explore intimacy and desire through curiosity, safety, and self-respect.
