Emergency and urgent mental-health help

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent mental-health help that is not an emergency, call NHS 111 and select the mental-health option. NHS urgent support.

Sexual-health services

If someone monitors your device, consider using a safer device. Review browser history, downloads, notifications, cloud backups, and shared accounts only when it is safe to do so.
